Give an example of how leadership (either from a person or from an organization) motivated you to make a decision.

My father, a medium scale business man is a good leader. This what not only I say but also his sub ordinates or may be people working for him, who visit him regulalrly. He has told us experiences about how he handeled meeting very calmly. He has not got authortative leadership which I really like, he takes everybody views into consideration.

Same thing has helped me many a times in college group works, or even during family conflicts. i.e to handle things camly, not to express or make opinion of something immediately. Not to take decision on own but to take views of everybody into consideration. Due to this things I am able to make decisions and not stuck in a thing for longer period of time.
