Family roles are much more equal than before but no as equal as the word is. Women has to face many hurdles while balancing between career and family. The hurdles which women faces for acheiving desired position in the career is known as Labyrinth.

Looking at house hold chores is still seen as women's job even though man has participated to his much extent than before. In society a women who focuses only on career is seen self centred whereas a man who focuses only on career is seen as over busy or may be ambitious. Balancing between home and career is mostly option given to women over men. Many a times a women is not able to mainatin that balance out of stress so that becomes labyrinth.
