Consider a person who is joining the military, a fraternity, a sorority, attending and living on a college campus, or even a child beginning kindergarten. How is the process the individual goes through a form of socialization? What new cultural behaviors must the individual adapat to?

During the process of socialization an individual in a new circumstance or a child begining kindergarten interacts with the environment around ,learns the norms and values ,and accordingly learn to adapt themselves. They analyze the situation and discard the learned social behaviors of past that's not applicable for the present circumstances.They conform to the group behavior by taking in their approved set of behaviors.Thus, individuals or children adjust and adapt to a new social environment.
