The term “ethics” refers to judgement of right and wrong regarding an issue or response to issues with the moral implications of right and wrong. The three types of ethics are personal, professional and organizational ethics. Logical approach is an easier way to make appropriate ethical decisions.

A five-step process is considered in making ethical decisions. The five steps include,

• Gathering relevant information
• Identifying the problem
• Determine the ethical approach to use
• Explore the alternatives
• Complete the action and make decision
