Answer #1

ANSWER 1:

Justice: In business ethics justice means to obey the moral laws of obligation towards the work. It is unfair to take credit for the work done by somebody else. Rules in the workplace should be same for every employee.

Liberty: Everyone should be allowed to work freely without any dominance. All the transactions and business operations at each level should be transparent.

Equality: In business, it is ethical to give equal opportunity to everyone irrespective of any race, gender or creed. There should be no partiality. Work should be allocated equally amongst all employees. Decisions or the judgments at the workplace regarding transfers or promotions should be fair, merit-based and by a standard similar procedure for all without any prejudice. Every deserving and competent candidate should impartially get the aplicable opportunity to work.
