• Q1) One challenge would be to get the required number of people who are fluent in each of these languages including English.
• Also finding people who not only have command over language but are professional enough to deliver good quality services.
• Translators mostly work as free lancers so to locate them is a difficult job for the companies.

Q2) The challenge of recruiting such people would be easier if done overseas i.e locating them internationally in their own countries since people native to specific countries would be having more knowledge and would be fluent in their native language atleast. Plus if they are working as freelancers in their countries a company could recruit them by providing incentives.
