Comparative case studies are based on analysing and synthesizing of the analogy, dissimilarity, and similar patterns between two or more cases that shows similar goal/focus in a manner that created information that is more suitable to generalizing causal questions. Why & due to what cause perticular policies or task work or fail.

Comparative case studies are use a collection of qualitative & quantitative information. It includes information from documentation of projects, measures of performance, various surveys, observation and interviews.
