The holistic approach to safety nutrition and fitness and health is very important. A child safety is very important for early childhood teacher, whether it is a physical safety or emotional safety, the child gets attached to the teacher because after parents the held spends most of the time with the teacher. It becomes important for the teacher to provide safety to the child, from the layout to the equipment like a desk chair, activity station should have child-friendly material, and there has to enough space for free movement.

Cleanliness is the key factor of good health, it is very important to see a toddler is provided cleanliness. And good nutrition a child is very delicate and the immunity power of a child is less compared to an adult. Encourage frequent hand wash to avoid germ spread to both students and staff.

Providing nutritious food to the children should forefront agenda, A child should get right nutritious and balanced food as this is the growing up age physically and mentally. A successful and healthy meal plan should be tailored, important to know the allergies in an individual child.

An early childhood teacher should take into account the fitness and health. Physical activity has to be provided with mental puzzle games.

Overall safety, nutrition, fitness, and health are all the areas which are important in a child's early stages of growing all are interconnected like cleanliness vouch for health nutrition important for fitness. Safety has to be provided to avoid injury.
