Answer 1) LinkedIn is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish and document networks of people they know and trust professionally. While I was creating my profile on linkedin, I was being very careful about adding my professional experience, adding people from the field of my studies adding my skills to the profile, all these things helps to create a better professional network.

Adding experience and learning new skills depends upon the individual profile completly. For example, being a psychology graduate depending upon the interest of the candidate, one would like to learn more about research and SPSS and other skills which are relevant to gain more knowlegde in the field of research and human behaviour.
