Answer #1

In fixed mind set , people are only concerned about their basic qualities and traits like intelligence and other talent which one is limited .A fixed mindset People are never go or try to take challenge beyond their limitations.in fixed mind trigger , students are easily show excuse in their failure and never try to improve it . For example, a student is to poor in english Grammer then he never practice english Grammer and always try to avoid it .in long term, it will hinder their growth of development. But in Growth mind set ,He would willing to  try English Grammer even he failed at first.so genuinely in Growth mind set should respond in a positive way. They see failure and set back as an indication that they should continue to develop their skill rather than a signal that indicates This is something that I am not good act.

Recently I have a setback about statistics .I was thinking that I will able to learn how to analysis the data with the help of statics . That was my mindset . But when I state to try , it needs consistent effort abd hardwork to overcome of the problem. I have taken support of various source to learn about statics like online classes , Internet website , teacher , class mates , text book and reguraly practice the problem with understanding. So everyone Should take challenge which helps to boost confidence, strength, capablity , learning new and make more productive. So everyone have capablity to achieve their high goal and dreams .They needs to get rid of from fixed mindset and understand ability beyond limited capasity and set growth mind set.

How would you respond to this post? As mentioned, managers are rotated annually and their income is dependent upon the direct contribution margin of that store. Contribution margin is “the revenue minus certain costs” (Schneider, 2017, Section 1.7, “Contribution Margin and Its Many Variations,” para. 1). It can be computed by total sales minus total variable costs (Schneider, 2017). It seems that the manager of Store 9 is trying to reduce the amount of variable costs in an attempt to...
