Answer #1

When disseminating student test results to parents and staff, it is recommended that information which parents and staff must know shall be shared. For example, in a test how the student performed, what are the areas of improvement, in which subject the student did well and in which subject the student did not do well etc shall be shared. Further information pertaining to parents role and responsibilities in providing moral and emotional support shall also be shared.

Those parents who are not able to understand statistical data, we can explain or share information through pictures and charts reflecting vital statistical figures of the students test result.
