Job satisfication is a measure of workers contentedness weather they like thier job or it shows a pleasures or positive emotional state resulting from appraisal of one's job.job satisfication also include psychological responses to an individual' job, it includes coginative , effective and behaviral components.

Job satisfication asses effective feeling about the job and shows degree of pleasure or happiness. It also range quality of working and experience of work.edwin a locke states that satisfication is determined by what a person want in a job and what he got in a job

Anxiety and dejection comes when a person does not fullfill his resposibility.another factor for job satisfication is motivational factor and hygiene factor.intrinsic satisfication is important in jobs it include utilization of talent and skills .
