As far as the rights of client is concerned, Client's detail in form of a record is very important. By keeping client's data in form of a record we can manage the services provided to clients in an effective manner. The record itself act as an information hub which will provide the detail information aaboutthe client such as personal details, medical history of the client along with the treatments availed,Health care services provided to the client ,details of diagnostic tests performed or to be performed to the client etc. and so on. In fact the record will help us to know the present status of the client and will provide a framework for future assessment of the case and treatments to be done.
