Being a manager of Human Resource, one of your colleagues is involved in some social and ethical issues while working in your organization. On what practical and moral grounds and reasons would you socially account him while not spoiling employee secrecy.
There may creep in some of the social and ethical issues while working in any of the organisations. It is quite obvious.
If my colleague is involved in such issues, I may account him socially with reference to some of the facets like sense of responsibility, timeliness, professionalism, record keeping and documentation, maintaining confidentiality etc.
He must be in tune with the code of conduct of the organisation and the personnel allied with the probable impact of these Social and ethical issues are also bound to follow codes of conduct.
