Answer #1

Generally, just distribution is preferred. Just distribution is better because it offers citizens what is their right. The factors that form desert are numerous and varied and are embedded in forms that are often many and varied in societal traditions, or traditional behaviors. Conditions of the desert create entitlements that must be followed when a just distribution is created. They encourage one to argue that persons who qualify in the appropriate context have a legitimate claim to any good or some treatment, at least if it is beneficial for the good or treatment concerned. Distribution of some social good is just, on the other hand, if it accords with one's entitlements, and it is unjust if one does not receive that to which one is entitled.
