Select the five behaviors that you consider to be the most serious violations of ethical practice. What are the reasons for your selection of these behaviors? Explain.

The five behaviours which are serious violations are as follows

1) Confidentiality: If the counselor doesn't maintains the this part and goes on leaking information then he is seriously at stake. Becaue it is only trust which plays a great role in counselling.

2) Training - The counsellor should inform about training to the counselle. The counselle should be aware about each training or any method, approach that is being carried out on him.

3) Billings - psychologist or the counsellor should bill their patients accurately. They should explain financial policies at the begining of the treatment.

4) Sexual relationship - A counsellor pr psychologist should never indulge in any sexual practise with the client. This can potentially harm the client.

5) Expertise - Pscychologist should only perform in their area of expertise, they should not perform any unfamiliar service.
