Emotional Intelligence and Leadership is the research article. A research article has various organized sections such as abstract, introduction, literature review, methodology, data interpretation and results section, recommendations, reference section and annexures if needed. The first is a research article which tries to prove a theory, concept, or a phenomenon through organized data collection and analysis. Nightingale is an informatory article which provides some information from the author’s point of view in a question and answer format. EI and Leadership targets academic and research audience while Nightingale targets general audience. EI and Leadership research article includes books, journals and websites in the reference section while Nightingale general article has books as references.
