Saudi Arabia is an Islamic country. Religion is given top importance there. The persons who bear great knowledge of religion and Koran are considered the wisest person there. Formal education and knowledge in science are neglected there.

In the rural Africa people are superstitious. They believe in unnatural supernatural forces. So, the people who bear supernatural power worships the gods are called the wisest persons there.

At Tokyo in Japan we find the progress of science and technology in the highest level. People who are educated with science and technology and the people who are University educated are considered as the highest educated persons. Scientists and scholars are highly revered there.
