Howard returned home from a bussiness trip and discovered his wife Susan asleep in bed with Larry his business partner. Howard went into rage, grabbed a knife, and stabbed Larry, who died on the spot. He then went into the kitchen and drank a beer. As he watched a football game on television and drank his beer, he became even more enraged. At half time Howard went to the local gun store and purchased a 38 caliber revolver. He then went home and killed Susan, who was hiding under the bed. Howard watched the rest of the game then went to bed what crimes is he guilty of and why?

For me I think , he might be guilty about killing his wife because,all these years they have lived a life by fulfilling each others. They might have both good and bad memories, so he know about her wife atleast to an extent that she was a girl who made his life more beautiful with memorable moments. So since he killed his wife he might have felt bad and could not leave his partner free without paying the cost for making his life fall all way down. so he went and killed his partner. And also i think when he was watching a game, in that game his favorite group might have failed so it made his to get angry even more, this could also be a reason for killing his partner. But for me if i were howard i could have first cleared what is happening in my house and what happened there before i came back home.
