Are wars due to basic human nature of leaders and statesmen, or the particular domestic system of a state, or due to the anarchical international system?

There cannot be a single reason for a war which can be applied to all kind of wars because there are used to be different reasons for different wars. For example , when we go through the history and focuses on Hitler's Germany, he initiated the world war and the reason behind it is his basic human nature which promotes anarchism and dictatorships while in some cases war happens due to domestic circumstances such as conflict between government and citizens and some statesman declares war for a larger cause and even in the case of anarchial international system generally war happens between two or more countries because of supremacy and dominance of one country which threatens the sovereignty and integrity of other countries which force them to declare a war.

Therefore, we can say that , all of the given reasons can declare war and depends on us that in which situation we are.
