This would mean that they would be neglected and discriminated on the basis of their physical strength, their inability to spend more time at the workplace etc. Minorites on the other hand would be systematically neglected from gaining top positions even if they have the qualifications and skills. Minorities would also be happy as long as they can hold on to the job even if they are not promoted.
