When there is inequality in a family and women are not treated fairly it leads to dissatisfaction and when people are not satisfied in their personal lives they don’t perform well in their work. Thus gender inequality leads to loss of human resource. The problem of gender inequality can be resolved by generating awareness of the issue through the use of media and public institutions such as schools and colleges.
