Cultural values are the ideas about what is good, right, fair and just. Sociological terms of conflict theory focus on values differ from a group within the culture.

1- Innovation: The innovation is part of human development and our world depends on innovation in various subjects so that they can help mankind.

2- Transparency: Every cultural value depends on the particular beliefs towards cultural changes. The transparency is a most important part of any culture if we create transparency we can achieve our life and thought process.

3- Creativity: Out of the box thinking is a part of creativity because creative ideas could not be learned, they are earned by many activities.

4- Diversity: Diversity is a most important part of any culture because it reflects the situations of the past as well as an approach towards the future. Every diverse society is a notion of diversity.

5- Social support: The social support is a crucial part of cultural values because it reflects the approach of society towards individuals plays an important role in social acceptance.
