In Utah it is prohibited to sell liquor in super markate .only sell of packaged beer is allowed. Wine & Liquor are allow only at registered liquor stores of state.
Utah liquor laws also consist time restrictions on the purchase of alcohol.
DUI is used for driving under the influence and DWI is used for driving while intoxicated, or driving while impaired. The usage of them changes from state to state.
It simply means that a driver is charged under a serious offense because he/she risk the safety & health of himself and others under the influence of alcohol or drugs
•   For first offence mandatory minimum fine.
•   For class B misdemeanor DUI fine is $700 and/or penalty by judge.It may reach to $1400 after surcharge.
