In modern health science, the concept of person-centered individualized care is used to take care of the care user in order to meet his personal needs; in addition, it helps to minimize the risk of unfair off negative treatment. There are mainly four elements of person-centered care namely dignity, compassion along with respect and providing support and care. There are many values of this care plan such s choice, privacy, independence long with individuality, and rights. It is the responsibility of the care provider to treat care users with respect and dignity and provide them coordinated care during treatment. It helps the care users to develop their potential and abilities in order to lead a life in an independent way. Therefore it can be stated that all these principles and values of a person-centered individualized care plan are essential to regulate and control the care user.
