People are the products of their environment and this would mean that their thoughts, behaviours, attitudes and even personality would be influenced greatly by people around them. They would in turn change themselves to suit the environment in which they live. Thus, it’s a reciprocal environment in which people influence each other either for good or for bad. This would mean that people in their work environment need to communicate, collaborate, cooperate and work well in teams in order to build better rapport which would not only improve their productivity but also their job satisfaction. A favourable work environment is a must needed parameter for a person’s work environment which can only be possible if the people in the organization and the job environment itself is better.
