The correct answer id D) Always

Any phrase, quotes or material that is used from another source as it is should have source citation which is called intext citation and includes authors name , or if author is unknown the title of work and page numbers.

All the cited sources are then compiled alphateically on a seperate page titled 'Works Cited'. It includes the authors, titles, page numbers of the source , publication date and Location.

The intext citation is short and can be used to view the full citationan on the works cited page.
