I feel assessment is a very crucial part of the teaching /learning process. It ensures us to be a very clear about our mental level and also take teh necessary steps in decision making. It eventually takes us a step ahead and also makes it obvious that we know where we wish to stand and how we can prosper. There are many things in life we will always stay scared of. BUt taking assessments makes us more crisp and clear with the better mental outlook to life across many segments. It facilitates daily ongoing review of individual progress and impacts on planning and target-setting for each child. In each phase of the school, students will have personal learning targets based on assessment outcomes.
