1) the upper class

2) corporate community

3) policy planning network..

So, power elite the group of members who are formed among this group who has the power to join or govern the direct national policy with the power. According to him the upper class people has the more power but these elite groups are also supported and influenced also by the other groups like corporate and networking people who makes it more beneficial...!!
