The Bill of Rights is the tenth amendments to the U.S. Constitution–lie deep in Anglo-American history.the Bill of Rights amendments describes that the Constitution specific guarantees of personal freedoms and rights has clear limitations on the government's power in judicial and other proceedings, and gives declarations that all powers are specifically reserved for the states or the people

James madison proposed that the size of the House of Representatives has to balance the ability of the body legislative. This bill represents social class who having low enough rights in a society this bill purely sympathize with the feelings of the mass of the people, and the power of congress should be diluted enough to limit their abuse on public trust and interests.

Although a Bill of Rights to protect the citizens is important in constitution’s the supporters realized that it is crucial to introduce the Bill of Rights officially now became part of the Constitution houses this bill thus changes society and citizen rights with dominicile cultural property.
