You've officially been put in charge of programming for a news station with a strong partisan bias (Fox News or MSNBC). How would you go about ensuring that your partisan message is conveyed through your programming and that you're sufficiently influencing your audience to the best of your abilities? I just need some talking points for this paper thanks in advance.

First point to remember is to talk about anything in general to capture the attention of audience

Then you can slowly introduce generally about the program you are there for.

Start talking the specific message you want to convey

Do not force your ideas but diplomatically put it to the public that what you feel is the best and talk about all the pros and cons .

Never put down any one as the psychology of viewers is they immediately come to a conclusion that you are against it and forcing your opinions.

Lastly be polite and convincing that what you feel is the best and ask them to ponder over it.
