1.) Human development occurs in three domains: physical, socio-emotional, and cognitive. Create a brief episode of a life story for a fictional human in one developmental stage (childhood, adolescence, adulthood, etc.). Detail how this person progresses through two of the major theories of development (Piaget’s, Erikson’s and Kohlberg’s). Think about how this fictional person progresses through the three domains (physical, socio-emotional, cognitive). Detail the key milestones that occur while they progress through these domains.
Answer- As piaget theory sasays that a new born child (0-1 month) is age of looking and responces, lift heads, follows, moving objects that is called supine infant. Then child inters to sitting infant(3-5 month) and mobile toddler(9-24 month) then communicating child and then school age. Similarly, eriksan's theory says that how born child first goes into infant state where he learns basic trust then toddler, autonomy, pre-schooler-initiative, industry- school ager, adolescent- identity, young adult- ego integrity and Kohlberg's theory tells us about the moral development of child as, infancy- obedience, preschool- self interest, school age- conformity and interpersonal accord, school age- authority and social order, teens- social contract, adulthood- universal principles. That is how fictional person progresses through the three domains.
