Jayson Blair was accused of using articles for his stories without giving sources about the original content which was unethical because this act can be considered as plagiarism. For example he was also found posting stories and articles which were false in nature and contradicted the basic ethical grounds of journalism. He was forced to resign upon discovery of his unethical activities and his acts were condemned by the journalists community and society as a whole.
