Criminal justice reforms passed by the government have a scope of improvement in many dimensions. One of the main concerning factors for the formation of new reforms can be taking into account the the probability of discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, sex and culture. In the recent times country has witnessed discrimination in the society where there is awareness about the possibility of an individual’s acts being recorded by the use of technology, which concludes that subconsciously few individuals from different dimensions of the society still believe that either it is not an ethical to discriminate or they have a belief that will not be charged for it.
