Answer #1

Maslow hierarchy of needs is a motivational theory in psychology comprised of five levels of human needs forming a pyramid. Self actualization fits at the top level of pyramid representing the hierarchy of needs. According to Maslow individuals need to fulfill the needs at lower levels before proceeding to the next level. Self-actualization is achieving your full potential including the creative ones. It is the highest level in the Maslow's hierarchy and it is manifested once the lower level needs are more or less satisfied.
