Ethics is one of the branches of philosophy that would be examining the right and wrong if a person’s moral behavior. One of the historical events leading to identification of human rights and its importance is the Holocaust. Reactions to Holo-caust included declaration of human rights, in the year 1948. Also, World War II led to the development of various ethical codes.

The Nuremberg code came up as a result of major social disruptions. Before World War II, there was a development of the Nuremberg code. In Nuremberg, Germany, “doctors trial” had helped in formulation of the Nuremberg code, till the May of 1947, there were beginning of trials which had constituted of the 10 points of the Nuremberg code. Some of the important principles include the informed consent, absence of any sort of coercion beneficence and scientific experimentation.
