(2) Instructions for use:- Take 8-10 almonds and soak in water for overnight and crushed them in milk and take them during breakfast, you can also make almonds shake with Almonds, milk ,honey.
(3) Information about the product:- Almonds are very helpful in boosting immunity, it helps the body to fight with stress and anxiety, it contains OMEGA-3 which is very good for the brain health and their development and it also contains VITAMIN E which ultimately helps in immune boosting.
