Behaviour can be defined as what we do and personality would mean what we are.They are two different aspects.personality can make a person in a particular way.Many organizations rely on personality tests for employing people.For example certain roles in an organization require aggressive behaviour to take decisions,where some roles require not so aggressive behaviour.When an organization has to decide people they rely on personality traits for such roles.Personality is fixed at a very early stage and can be influenced based on the environent they grow up in.The drive of peoples behaviour is in the situation they find themselves and their behaviour changes as situations change.Personality tests can sometimes not how people will behave in certain situations and predict how behaviour changes over time.More than the personality specific jobs require a certain amount of behaviour.
