1) The officials of hospital should carry out a recruitment process by opening a position for clinical psychologists.

2) The hospital should do an advertisement in print and digital media about the requirement of psychologists.

3) The hospital should relocate the administrative workers to some other positions like recruiting managers and ask them to recruit new employees for different vacant positions.

These things must be approached carefully because each and every role and every employee at different position is important for the well functioning of an organization. There should be neither dearth nor excess of employees in the organization.
