This would essentially help lawmakers develop more effective policies and would support productive practices that are already set into place. Without analysing data pertaining to criminal justice activities, time, money and other valuable resources maybe be wasted on polices and programs that fail to have an impact. More dangerously, there is a chance that countless lives would be put at risk.
