The three C's of resilience are, control, commitment and challange. Control refers to having the knowledge of domain of control of their actions. Commitment refers to a sense of purpose. And chsllchal refers to a sense of being able to survive any change.

Here Alia would be considered "Abnormal" as she doesn't have a sense of control of her action. She compulsively does the same action too frequently. She has a sense anxiety that it turns into fear. And the compulsive action of licking her lower lip is resulting a sense of fear, anxiety.
