There are several barriers that would emerge while implementing the solution-focused model for clients dying in a hospice. This type of model encourages individuals to imagine the future they desire by use of techniques such as the Miracle Question or the Exception Question. Given the unique circumstances that a dying client is in, the conventional use of these techniques are not likely to be effective because their problems are irreversible and cannot be solved.
