While both psychology and low have a lot in common such as ethical Grounds and confidentiality but one major central barrier to the successful collaboration of psychology in any of the legal applications can be that psychology studies how human beings behave and what are their mental processes with respect to the the social settings that they are living in and taking their philosophical perspective as well. However on the other side legal processes work on the basis of evidence and do not take into consideration psychological and sociological perspective in every matter otherwise it will be very difficult to pronounce anyone as a convict because there must be a reasonable explanation about his psychological condition which influenced him or her to do so.
