Some of the factors that we are ought to consider in managing the multi-cultural and diversified workforce are as follows:-

  • Making sure that the staff is culturally competent and if they are not then they should be enrolled in a suitable course.
  • Making sure that the rituals and practices of the multiple cultures are respected everyone so that no one feels out of place.
  • Making sure that people of different cultures do not face any problems when it comes to their work in regards to their language of communication.
  • Making sure that there is also diversity is the 'positions of power' and there is not a sense of discrimination against anyone when it come to it.
  • Making sure that the policy and regulations of the company also comply with the need of the diverse working force.
