The theory of Thomas Szasz describes the social reason of mental illness while if we look at biological aspects we can get specific evidences and researches regarding the Schizophrenia.
As we know that the schizophrenia or other mental illness can be caused by hormonal and neural imbalance inside the brain and nervous system so that I can not completely agree with Thomas Szasz with the term of social aspects.
