Answer #1
  • I feel extremely confident about the way I am and deal with my life, eventhough we all have our moments of self doubt in certain situations. This self confidence which I now have was not present when I was in school.I was extremely quiet and shy,and fearful of talking to people but my exposure in college, doing things on my own, participating in competitions, dealing with different people made me who I am today.
  • Though I am still an introvert, and dont talk much but I only speak when required.I am much comfortable talking to people eventhough it still takes me time to become friends with others. But work related,I deal with different people everyday which has made me confident in my abilities of public speaking as well as achieve my goals in life.
  • Emotionally I have become more sensitive towards people,I like helping people and believe in kindness.Having emotional intelligence has made me aware about my own feelings and thoughts and developed my personality as well.
  • The values systems have changed over the years through the influence of family, friends and colleagues.I am more open minded and liberal, even though being a South Asian I do value family and relationships but I still believe in live and let live.
  • My strength i believe is perseverance which I have developed over the years and working towards my goals and growing personally and never giving up.And my weakness would be sometimes my decisions are taken emotionally, since I think about others more than myself, because of which I am taken for granted.
  • Overall,my personality over the years has changed but remained same at the core i.e. being an introvert but having the confidence to deal with the world and keep pushing myself to achieve bigger goals.
