I will share a method that i personally found very useful to deal with stress. That is mandala art. This kind of art includes drawing some circular patterns or mandalas and colouring them. This has helped me a lot in dealing with stress. I feel so relaxed and positivity gets filled within me every time i spent doing this kind of creative artwork. I have also tried doodling where i draw things that comes to my mind randomly without any prior planning. This can be done by even who doesn't know to draw. If you have the ability to hold a pen and scribble something, trust me you can doodle. I feel very happy while doodling.This has also put down my stress levels. So everytime i make an attempt to draw something when i feel stressed.
