• Time management makes an individual not only divide time but set time bound goals that eventually eliminates the procrastinating behaviour
• Procrastination also automatically gets cancelled when one has a to-do-list ready , which happens through time management

Thus, time management is has a vital role in both stress and procrastination elimination.

One who has decided to do list , and has a time table and goals to reach in some predetermined time , always does well and never feels loaded with work or stress and neither procrastinates.
