Morrison utilized empowering leadership by encouraging employees to take bigger risks for their own individual growth and contributions to the company. She revised the company statement and added courage as one of the Campbell’s core values and has created a model of initiating and sharing decision-making power and responsibilities with other employees within the organization thereby enabling the emergence of new leaders from within the company.
