Write your own definition of this term " Impression Management " and describe a situation in which you (or someone you know) have deliberately created a certain image as the basis for social interaction.

Impression management a conscious or subconscious process of attempting to influence the perceptions of other people about a person, object or event by regulating and controlling information in social interaction has been done by me working as a receptionist in a school in the county I work for. I have answered to the queries of the parents in such as way that I build a positive image of the principal of the school so that more and more enrolments take place in our institution. For this, I have circulated the achievements of our school to the parents and handled complaints very meticulously.
